this is not actually a vector, it was drawn on paper and then edited in photoshop. but i thought it looked vectorish and didn't know which category suited it... this is why it ended up here.

It's in the wrong category then - just looking like a vector isn't enough to qualify as the submission summaries pretty clearly lay out (it's not even intended for vector artwork created in raster software).
This should probably be in Digital Art > Miscellaneous
